Refund policy
Returns
Personalized and customized items cannot be returned.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery by contacting erica@avalonsunshineHQ.com for instructions.

- Customer pays return shipping
- Once the item is returned to Avalon Sunshine in original, un-used condition, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
- Refund will be issued via the same payment method as original order within 3 business days from receipt of returned product.
We want every customer to be happy and if there is anything wrong when you receive your package, please contact me within 2 weeks to work out a solution based on the situation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at erica@avalonsunshinehq.com Photos of the defective or damaged piece may be required before we send a replacement.
Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP at erica@avalonsunshinehq.com If we have not started working on making your item yet, we can cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available if there are US Postal delivery delays. If the package is determined lost after USPS research, a full refund will be given.
