Shipping FAQ's 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

Orders ship via USPS 1st class mail with a tracking number from Aurora, IL. Packages deliver to most places in the U.S. in 2-4 business days.  

Do you offer priority shipping? 

Yes. USPS Priority shipping is an option during checkout for shipments within the United States. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after the 1-3 day time to make the product.  It will have a tracking number but delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need your package by a specific date within a short time frame, send me a message and I'll let you know exactly which day your order would be ready to ship.  Email me at erica@avalonsunshinehq.com or use the contact form.  

Product FAQ's

Can you make a cake topper with custom colors that aren't listed? 

Maybe. I can make the paper flags in almost any color. I have a limited options for letters and tassels.  If I have the supplies, I can make you a custom cake topper. Email me at erica@avalonsunshinehq.com or use the contact form. 

Can you make a 3-tier topper for a long message? 

No.  A third tier of letters will not work because the flags will be too close to the cake and may touch the frosting. Two tier is the limit.

Can you make a cake topper to fit a cake smaller than 9 inches? 

Yes!  Our single-row cake toppers will fit a small cake!  The picture below shows a 6" cake with the sticks at a diagonal, giving the letters a wider space to fill at the top. The cake pictures in the rest of the shop show a 9" round cake with the cake topper sticks inserted vertically.
