Avalon Sunshine Policies
All items are made-to-order and ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your package by a specific date within a short time frame, send me a message and I'll let you know exactly which day your order would be ready to ship. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form.
All orders in the United States ship for a flat rate of $4 via USPS 1st class mail. Priority Shipping is available for $9 in the United States. Orders over $35 before tax ship for free in the United States.
Orders to Canada ship for a flat rate of $15 via US Postal 1st Class Package International Service.
- Personalized and customized items cannot be returned.
- Non-personalized items may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery by contacting erica@avalonsunshineHQ.com for instructions.
- Customer pays return shipping
- Once the item is returned to Avalon Sunshine in original, un-used condition, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
- Refund will be issued via the same payment method as original order within 3 business days from receipt of returned product.
I want every customer to be happy and if there is anything wrong when you receive your package, please contact me within 2 weeks to work out a solution based on the situation.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP at email@example.com If I have not started working on making your item yet, I can cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.
When I ship your order, you will get a confirmation with the USPS Tracking number, so you can check the status of your delivery. USPS does not guarantee the delivery dates for their packages, so I cannot offer a refund if your order doesn't get to you in time. If your order is for a special event, I always encourage you to order early.
At this time, Avalon Sunshine is only shipping to the United States and Canada.
